Where do we deliver?

We currently ship within the USA using standard shipping. More shipping options will be available soon.

Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?

We do not accept shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. Please place separate orders if you want products delivered to different addresses.

Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

We accept shipping to PO Boxes; however, we are unable to ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.

How can I track my package?

You can find tracking information in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation sent to your email. If your order contains multiple items, each may have separate tracking details.

What should I do if my tracking number doesn't work?

Tracking numbers may take 3–5 business days to appear in the carrier’s system.

What should I do if a package is missing?

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package:

  1. Check around the delivery location or mailbox
  2. Review your Order Confirmation
  3. Use the tracking link to identify the local carrier
  4. Contact the shipping carrier directly
  5. Reach out to our customer service if unresolved
Is premium shipping available?

Currently, we only offer Standard Shipping. More options will be available soon.

How can I edit or cancel my order?

Orders begin processing immediately. If you need changes, please contact us via our Contact Form within 6 hours of placing your order.

Is there a cancellation fee?

No, there is no cancellation fee if your order qualifies for cancellation.

Can I apply a promotion code after purchase?

Promotion codes cannot be added after an order is placed. Please contact customer support if changes are needed.

How do I use a promo code at checkout?

Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your valid promo code in the discount field.

Can I place an order over the phone?

We do not currently support phone orders. Please complete your purchase online.

Can I return my package?

Please contact us within 7 business days of delivery if there’s an issue. Returns are not required unless requested. Unauthorized returns are not covered.

How long do refunds and replacements take?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
Replacements are processed within 7 business days, with tracking provided in 7–10 business days.

What should I do if there are unknown charges?

Why isn’t my payment accepted?

Your bank determines payment approval. Please contact them or try another payment method. If the issue continues, contact our support team.

When will my card be charged?

Your card is charged immediately after your order is successfully placed.

What if I find something suspicious about my purchase?

Please contact our customer support immediately if you suspect fraud, phishing, or unauthorized communication.

How secure is my personal information?

All transactions are SSL-encrypted. Your payment information is securely processed and never stored on our servers.

What is the process for quality assurance?

Each product undergoes a strict quality check by QA specialists. Products are rated on a scale of 1–5 and must achieve at least an 80% score before shipping.
